As a UX/UI designer with a background in customer service, I strive to create usable and productive products for our customers. Below, you will find projects that showcase my versatility and creativity. From designing an app for people with allergies to more complex products for production engineers, I have experience working on vastly different projects. My passion for design and attention to detail ensures that I create user-friendly interfaces and visually appealing designs.

About me
Hello! My name is Jennifer Paniagua, and I am a UI/UX Designer that helps transform and create digital products. I'm currently a UX Designer for an Oil & Gas company where I solve complex problems ranging from tools to help production and water resource engineers to HR web apps. Since starting, I have been able to introduce the UX process and have gained buy-in from Business Analysts to continue integrating UX processes into projects.
I have a UI/UX Certificate from Springboard, an immersive year-long program, and a B.A in Corporate Communication with a Minor in Computer Graphics from the University of Houston.
I have over five years of experience in the service industry, which is a valuable asset. It has taught me empathy, teamwork, and collaboration. Working in the customer service industry, I've learned how valuable the customer experience is and will always advocate for the users.
I'm an energetic UI/UX Designer skilled in UX research and UI prototyping. I have completed several complex projects, including designing a product to help resource engineers plan for fracs, redesigning the charting experience for production engineers, and integrating an HR service into an internal-facing website.
